SALES:

Terms, cash with order or major credit card. Terms are net 30 days. Orders will be shipped to U.S. or Canadian destinations by airmail post delivery or U.P.S. ground. All shipping instructions will be at extra cost. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

U.S. clients paying by cheque. The cheque must be drawn on a U.S. bank on Canadian territory.

RETURN POLICY;

We do not accept recordings back for credit. If a disc is received damaged or defective, we will replace IT NO CHARGE on receipt of the merchandise. We will prepay the shipping charges both ways.

Canadian Institutions that are provincial sales tax exempt .Please include a copy of the exemption certificate. For G.S.T exemptions the number must be stated on the order.
